Nicaragua Matagalpa Microlot
Multiple producers contributed to this lot including Herbierto Saenz, Santos Leocaido, and Bernabe Montoyo, with farm sizes ranging from 2-125 hectares. This is a washed coffee, fermented for 12 hours and this coffee consists of the Caturra, Catimore, Marselleza, and Parainema varietals.
